PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST-refunds will NOT be issued if you have not contacted us first and requested a return authorization. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. You will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
