    Because we take pride in bringing you a wide range of beautiful girls' decor items at the best prices.  We regularly comparison shop to make sure our prices are among the very lowest you'll find on all items  we carry.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal.  Payment takes place on a secure site. If outside of the U.S., please use Paypal.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE on all Kayla's Room items.  In fact, if you are comparing our prices with those of other sites and you find a price lower than ours, be sure to check the shipping costs at that store--you'll almost certainly find that when you add shipping to our competitor's low price, our price is actually lower.

    How long will it take to receive my purchases?

    We ship UPS ground.  Shipping times depend on the particular items ordered.  Most products should arrive to you within 7-20 business days.  If you do not receive your order in that timeframe, please contact us at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com.  If you must have the item that you are ordering by a specific date, please contact us at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com before ordering so that we can give you an estimate of when the particular items you want might ship.

    Do you provide rush shipping?

    Generally, no.  However, our goal at Kayla's Room is to provide you with the best service possible.  So, if you need something by a certain date, prior to placing your order please email us  with the list of items you want at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com.  Depending on the supplier, some items may be available through rush shipping for an additional cost.  Our normal shipping time is 7-20 business days for most items.  Rush shipping is 2-4 business days.

    Do you ship internationally?

    All products we carry can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. at no cost to you.  To ship internationally, you must use Paypal to order.  You will then be emailed an invoice through Paypal for the additional shipping charges. Your order will be processed when payment for the additional shipping has been paid. If you do not wish to complete the order after receiving the shipping costs, simply email us to refund your purchase price and we will do so within 24 hours of receiving your email.  If you would like an estimate on international shipping prior to ordering, please email us at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com. Include each item that you wish to order and we will get back to you within 48 hours with the estimated shipping cost and shipping time. There are no returns or exchanges on international orders once you have sent payment for shipping, so please be sure of your order before completing the payment process.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Only in the state of Maryland. The tax rate is 6%, reflective of the recent increase signed by the Governor of Maryland.

    What is your return policy?

    Because different manufacturers have different return policies, please contact us immediately at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com should you wish to return any item.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST-refunds will NOT be issued if you have not contacted us first and requested a return authorization.  You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

    There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. You will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.  Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

    THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON NURSERY/BABY BEDDING ITEMS, UNLESS DEFECTIVE! PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR CHOICE BEFORE PURCHASING.

    THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR CHOICE BEFORE PURCHASING.

    What if I get an item and it is defective?

    We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition.  At our discretion we will replace the item with a new one or we will return the full purchase price of the product.  Be sure to contact Customer Service at service.kaylasroom@yahoo.com for return authorization before returning merchandise-whether defective/broken or non-defective/non-broken.  You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
